Ms. Flowers has been an educator in the states of Michigan and Ohio for over 20 years. Not only has she been a teacher in both elementary, middle and high schools, she has also been a Title I Director, Instructional Coach and School Leader. Ms. Flowers is dedicated to her students and their abilities to rise above any adversity. About me: This is my second year at Achieve Career Preparatory Academy in this role. Previously I Spent 1 year at Imagine Clay Avenue Middle School and 5 years at Eagle Academy Secondary School. In my spare time, I enjoy helping to raise my newborn child, Declan, and also am an avid sports fan. I also coach soccer and help to run a soccer facility in Rossford!

About me: I am currently entering my third year as a teacher at ACPA. Before my time at ACPA, I worked at Eagle Academy Secondary for five years. I graduated from Bowling Green State University. In my free time, I enjoy horseback riding, taking pictures, traveling, and spending time with my family. In 2019, I also claimed a spot in the Leona Groups Teacher Hall of Fame.

Duties:
Teacher Assistant (para), In house Sub, Security, Tech Liaison. I work daily to improve the functionality of our educational technologies. I support multiple levels of educational technology, such as school administration, classroom teachers, Special Education, all of which have different technology requirements and expectations. This year I have been asked to maintain the inventory of hardware and software for the district. I will provide the district consultation, research, and assistance, to students and parents. Which will aid the district in achieving its technology goals and educational goals.
